BMS Runners Excel at City Championships

The Bellevue Middle School’s track team was well represented in the biggest meet of the year this week, coming in fourth place  in the 4 x 800 meter relay race, and medaling in the 1,600 meter individual race.

The boys 3200 meter (4x800) relay team came in 4th place in the Metro Nashville City Championships held at Cane Ridge High School last week.  

The relay team consisted of Camrin Miller (7th grade), Donovan Smith (7th Grade), JB Cordwell (7th Grade) and Trey Waller  (8th grade).   

 Camrin Miller had an outstanding performance in the 1,600 meter (one mile) run, finishing in  2nd place in the City with a time of 5:04, his personal best!!! 

 City Championship took place at Cane Ridge High School and consisted of the top four qualifying  teams/runners from the Eastern and Western Divisions.

Miller qualified for the City Championship by finishing first in the Western Division meet last week.
