"The home of hometown heroes"

West Nashville Sports League prides itself on being a close-knit community of players, parents and volunteer coaches. Season to season, we see many familiar faces at our gyms and fields. Recently, one of those familiar faces, Hilary Strickland, suffered a devastating house fire that destroyed everything.

Hilary, in addition to being a coach and mentor to multiple WNSL basketball teams each season, is a long-time P.E. teacher at Eakin Elementary school. The school recently honored her by adding her name to the gym floor - that is how special she is!

WNSL is supporting the efforts to raise funds for Coach Strickland. The family has set up a GoFundMe page for donations.

You can find this page by visiting www.gofundme.com and searching for Hilary Strickland, or visiting the WNSL Facebook page, where we have posted the link.

WNSL is proud to server the West Nashville area and support our members. To learn more about WNSL, please visit us online at WNSL.org.

Also check our website for registration information regarding this year’s March Madness basketball tournament.  Teams from around the region come to play in the biggest youth event in the area, so don’t miss out, sign up today at WNSL.org.
