WNSL Flag Football Teams Go Pink

The West Nashville Sports League hosted their annual Pink Out Day to celebrate Breast Cancel Awareness Month during the flag football action at their facilities this week.

“It was a great day and some of our teams really went all out,” said  WNSL president Scott Tygard.

The WNSL has been supportive of this effort for a number of years, Tygard added, and has been able to successfully engage their players and parents by encouraging them to make the day fun and enjoyable for everyone.

From pink hair to pink balloons, to pick footballs, each team came up with the own theme, and had a lot of fun doing it.
