A Miracle is coming to Nashville.

WNSL is partnering with Miracle League Music City to help raise money to build a Miracle Field Complex. The Miracle Field is a world-wide organization that aims to provide a safe and fun environment where those with special needs can play baseball in a stadium of their own.

“When projects like the Miracle League of Music City come across my desk, I get so excited”, says Metro Parks Director Monique Odom, “First of all, we know it is an investment in our city, in our community, and it is a social equity issue in the parks system.”

The Miracle League Music City will bring the first field of its kind to Nashville, and open up new opportunities for children and adults that have not been able to play a game of baseball before.

Fundraising is underway for the 1.5 million dollar complex. A major part of that is coming from the More than Me Foundation, a collection of former Vanderbilt and current Major League Baseball players that share our goal to bring the Miracle League Music City to life.

The first fundraiser for the Miracle League is the 1st Annual MLMC Golf Scramble and Silent Auction which will take place on Friday, April 20th at Harpeth Hills Golf Course. Check-in will begin at 7am, with a shotgun start at 8am. Tons of prizes are up for grabs and it will be a fun morning for all.

If you don’t golf, that is okay. There are many other ways you can help! The Silent auction is live with Predators, memorabilia, event tickets, and more that you can place your bid on.

You can also participate by helping to build the Walk of Champions. Engraved bricks will line the entrance path to the Miracle Field, and you have the opportunity to honor the champion in your life by purchasing a brick.
