WNSL Celebrate Opening Day Ceremonies

Despite the rain that rolled through late Saturday, West Nashville Sports League hosted another successful fall opening day!

Over 1,000 children ages 4-16 on 105 flag football teams and 500 kids from Wookies 6 and Under to Prep players on 45 baseball teams took to the fields to play their first games of the season. We also had a visit from the Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo, who handed out some coupons, and Bubba the big Titan stood guard over the concession stand all day.

Kids and parents alike cooled off with build-your-own shaved ice and fresh-squeezed lemonade, and Harmony Farms cooked up fresh kettle corn on site for everyone to enjoy.

West Nashville Sports League would also like to send a thank you to Metro Nashville Davidson County Parks for providing great football and baseball fields and facilities for our players and families to enjoy.

If you are interested in WNSL sports, good news! Indoor Soccer and Winter Basketball are now open for registration at WNSL.org
