Eagles Woes Continue, Softball Stays Hot

The Nashville Christian School’s boys varsity baseball team played host to two games this week.

Unfortunately for the Eagles, both games resulted in losses.

NCS bowed 9-3 to East Robertson on Wednesday, before dropping a close game to Roane County 7-3 on Friday.

The pair of defeats pushed the Eagles losing streak to four games, and brought their season record to 7-6.

The NCS softball team continued to stay hot, winning two more games this week/

The Lady Eagles beat DCA 6-2 on Tuesday and Ezell-Harding 13-2 on Thursday.

The victories improved the Lady Eagles record to 12-2 on the season including a perfect 4-0 in district play.

The Lady Eagles will look to keep up their hot play when they visit Houston County this week.

NCS will stay on the road Thursday, traveling to East Robertson before the return home on Saturday to battle Friendship Christian.
